New Noah's Ark (2020) is an award-winning animation film with collage techniques. Our team won the "Best Animation " at the GECO Film Festival.
The animation film is about climate change. Through the process, our team realised to use a different way to call people to save the environment. I appreciated being involved in the team as a creative director.
Concept:
Noah's Ark is an old story from the bible. It's about Noah building an ark to save all the world's species after the Load predict the flood. He followed the Load's instructions, and the entire family exited after the flood receded.
While climate change is becoming worse day by day, we based on this old story take the audience on an endless journey and start a conversation on how an old story will become ours at our age.
Creative Direction:
Our team picked the most famous landmarks throughout the world and make them fall into the ocean to represent Noah's Ark story. We aim to against climate change denial, and it is no doubt that the world will be destroyed if we keep destroying the earth.
